Refund Policy

What to do if I would like to return an item?

We aim to please so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase; please send an email to info@craftymarket.co.za within 14 days of the purchase to initiate a refund or return.
You may return the item for a full refund only if it is in the original packaging, a saleable condition and has not been used or damaged.
If the item needs to be couriered back to us you may do this via the courier of your choice at your own cost and risk. Alternatively, items purchased on the website may be returned to our physical store in Pineslopes at no cost.

Refunds will only be processed once we have taken possession of the item and have inspected to ensure compliance with the above conditions.

What to do if my purchase arrives damaged or is defective?  

All purchases are hand packed to ensure the best quality control. However, should an item arrive defective or damaged please email info@craftymarket within 14 days so that we can process a refund or return. Please include pictures and a description of the problem.


If an item needs to be returned because it is damaged or defective we will arrange collection of the item at our own cost.
Once a item has been deemed defective we will either process a full refund via EFT or send a replacement dependant on stock availability.
